We engage in an evidence-based approach to treatment and work in partnership with the patient and their families/carers (based on patient’s informed consent). CQ Respiratory Clinic uses Gentu which is a secure cloud-based data storage for our day to day clinical and practice management. This allows us to offer secure telehealth appointments, send automated appointment reminders, verify Medicare and Health fund details online and email invoices which can be paid through QR code scanning to name a few benefits. We value the privacy and confidentiality of patients and patient information and have clinical governance systems in place to establish secure communication of data and clinical information.
