Important tips for your telehealth appointment
- You will need a referral from a GP.
- You will need access to a computer, tablet/iPad or smart phone with a reliable internet connection and access to a camera and microphone.
- A quiet, private well-lit room is best. For your privacy, we recommend that you do not access telehealth in public areas or use unsecured wi-fi.
- Dress as you would when attending a face-to-face consultation and have a pen and paper available.
- If you have any paperwork that needs completing or collateral information to pass on to the clinician and you have a telehealth appointment, please email the documents to [email protected] before your appointment.
- If the clinician has not entered the consultation by 15 minutes past your start time, please call admin on 07 5887 5123.
- Once your consultation is complete, please call admin on 07 5887 5123 to pay for your appointment and to book a follow-up appointment as needed.
